Rose Marie Robinson, 81, of Montrose, Colorado passed away June 6, 2026 — brave and real and completely herself until the very last breath.

A lifelong Montrose resident, Rose was a woman of deep faith, she retired here as an office manager for a local medical practice. She loved gardening, reading, golf, and in her younger years, horseback riding. She was grit wrapped in grace — the kind of person people chose, not because they had to, but because they wanted to be near her.

She is survived by her daughters Collette and Pam; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister; two brothers; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Curtis Robinson; her daughter Jill; sister Anna; niece Janice; nephew Billy; and her former husband Martin Pierson.

A Celebration of Life will be held September 6, 2026.
