It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Patricia Lynn Pelham, who departed this life too soon at the age of 57. She passed away in Delta, Colorado.

Patricia was a selfless, loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and friend. Her kindness, unwavering support, and endless love helped shape the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. She lived a life of grace, strength, and compassion, always putting the needs of others before her own. She was an amazing mother and grandmother.

Born in Ventura, California, she built a life centered around her family and her one only true love. She was the heart and soul of the Pelham family. Her home was a haven of unconditional love, laughter, strength and comfort, always a source of getting others together. Her presence made everyone feel valued and seen.

She leaves behind her children: Chris, Meika, Daniel, Isaiah, Dean Jr, Grand children: Khole, Hayden, Gerardo, Elias, Madison, Morgan, Deagan, Dillon and Terri, Sister: Jeannie, and many extended family members and dear friends. Her legacy will always live on in every hug, every act of compassion, and the values she instilled in those fortunate enough to know her.

Patricia was preceded in death by her brother Roger and son Isaac.

Though the hearts of the ones she left behind are broken, the memory of her strength, determination, unconditional love, and selflessness will continue to live on.
