Matthew Jordan Retherford
Matthew Retherford was born August 23, 1986, in Montrose, CO. He passed away June 12, 2019, in a tragic accident.
Matthew loved life. He enjoyed drawing, tattooing and online gaming. He especially loved playing with his niece and nephew.
Matthew is survived by his mother; LeeAnne Armendariz of Montrose, and father Carmello DeAnda-Munoz of Denver. His son, Jeremy Ray Jordan Retherford of Colorado Springs; sister Krista Hensley of Montrose and her children Jordan Ripley and Aspen Ordaz; Fiancé, Bethany Lindsey of Montrose, daughter, Alexis Hernandez; Maternal grandparents, Lee & Joyce Hensley of Olathe. Uncles: Noah and Mary Jane Hensley of Grand Junction; David and Debra Day Hensley of San Antonio, TX; and Cheyenne Hensley of Olathe. Aunt: Pam Hensley of Olathe.
There will be a memorial service held for Matthew on June 20, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Olathe Assembly of God.
Crippin Funeral Home is assisting the family with the services.
