Doni Culver (Mckeever)

Doni Culver, age 67, passed away peacefully in the comforts of her home on Feb. 18, 2018, in Montrose, Colorado. Doni was born to Donald Jackson and Norma Jean (Rogers) McKeever on April 5, 1950, in Montrose, Colorado. Doni grew up in Norwood, Colorado, and graduated from Norwood High School and attended Western State University in Gunnison, Colorado. Doni was a multi-talented woman that had many hobbies such as quilting, crocheting, playing the piano, renovating houses and many other arts and crafts. The thing that stands out most about her life through the years was her love for God and her family as well as her generous heart toward others, especially those in need.
Doni is survived by her son Justin Culver of Greenwood Village, Colorado; her daughters: Emily Imus of Montrose, Colorado; Erin Sheppard of Roseburg, Oregon; her brothers: Bob McKeever of Norwood, Colorado; Mick McKeever and David McKeever of Durango, Colorado; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018, at Celebration Church in Montrose, Colorado. Memorial contributions may be made to Celebration Church at 2900 Sunnyside Road, Montrose, CO 81401. Crippin Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
