Celia Melba Wikert, long time resident of Montrose passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012 in Montrose Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Verne Wikert.
She is survived by her son Ivan, his wife Ronna, their five children, Ronald Speer and his wife, Geli, of Fl., Kathy Milligan of Montrose, Steven Hartsell of Durango, and his wife Wendy, and Leah Hartsell of Olathe, and Ivan Jr. and his wife Stacia of Montrose.
She also left twenty great grandchildren, Andrew Neil, who she helped raise, Ronnie Jr., Savanna, Sandra, Joshua, Shawn, Alisha, Sabrina, Samantha, Vanessa, Sara, Aaron, Michael, Jonathan, Thomas, Sara, Britnie, Darren, Nicolas, Matthew, and Nathaniel, and nine great great-great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Montrose. Interment will follow the service at Grand View Cemetery, Montrose, Co. Arrangements are under the direction of Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory, Montrose, Co.
