Fermin Bercillio

Fermin Bercillio, age 69, of Montrose, Co. went to be with his Heavenly Father, on Wednesday, Mar. 14, 2012 at the Montrose Memorial Hospital. Fermin was born Sept. 4, 1942 to Martin and Angie (Duran) Bercillio in Monte Vista, Co. He worked as a Plumber for 40 years prior to his retirement, and was employed by Montrose Plumbing and S & R Plumbing in Montrose. Fermin enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting, and also his flower gardens.
Surviving family members include his children, Martin Bercillio of Montrose; two daughters, Charlene Bercillio, Nicole Bercillio-Dawson and husband, Steve Dawson, all of Montrose; three brothers, Ben and John Bercillio and Larry Valasquez; two sisters, Mary Barba and Annie Valasquez; five grandchildren, Orlando Bercillio, Donovan Nixon and Bobby Solis, Martin Jr. Bercillio and Preston Bercillio; two great-grandchildren, Adrian Nixon and Bailey Dawson Solis. Fermin was preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, Mar. 16, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Crippin Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Mar. 17, 2012 at 12:00 noon at the Crippin Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Grand View Cemetery, west of Montrose. Arrangements are under the direction of Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory, Montrose, Co.
